1. Our Service

Maison Nathalie provides private dining and event experiences for up to 15 guests, including custom menu creation, tablescape design, and hospitality services. All services are offered based on availability and client confirmation.

2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your event date.

  • Final details (guest count, menu, and décor) must be confirmed in writing prior to the event.

  • Cancellations within a specific timeframe may result in forfeiture of deposits or partial charges (policy communicated during booking).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is quoted based on your event details and requirements.

  • Payment terms and due dates will be specified in your invoice.

  • We accept electronic payments via approved methods.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information.

  • Ensuring the dining space is suitable for setup and service.

  • Notifying Maison Nathalie of allergies, dietary restrictions, or access limitations in advance.

5. Changes & Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but major adjustments close to the event date may incur additional costs. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

6. Liability

Maison Nathalie is not liable for:

  • Accidents, injuries, or property damage arising from circumstances beyond our control.

  • Client-provided food, drinks, or décor elements.

  • Delays or changes caused by unforeseen events (weather, power outages, etc.).

7. Photography & Media

We may capture photos of table designs or setups for promotional use, with client consent. If you prefer privacy, please inform us before the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and designs on this website are owned by Maison Nathalie and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
